Party Pooper

This is a dancing & singing meditation. You light a candle, any kind that represents something that is troubling you. As it burns, dance, and sing to music that makes you feel empowered. Even songs from your childhood are applicable. Power triggers will banish their power over you.

Take a white candle, any size, to roll all over your naked body. You can roll it downward, or upwards, just NOT BOTH. Set aside a glass of water, and burn that candle next to it for at least 3 days, or more!  You are burning off negativity, and the water catches it before it can return to you. Dump the water down the drain. Goodbye!

 This Cleansing Sigil can be written on candles, and papers that may be handed to someone you no longer want part of your life. Their energy will soon leave your spaces, and life, along with their bad intentions. This sigil says, "I am Clean"
