Most products have a detailed description, and come with instructions. You have to believe in what you are doing in order for it to work for you. If you don't believe, then it won't work. It's best you do your own research on spirituality, or explore the resources we have here.

Also, it is strongly advised to get a reading before doing spell work. This will tell if the spell work is worth doing, and if it will be successful.

That's totally fine that you have been to other readers, we all read and pick up on different things. Usually the strongest energy around you will be picked up by all readers, but it is always interpreted differently.

Only on damaged items during a faulty delivery process will you receive a replacement. As for readings and magical work, that is time and materials that are not able to be replaced.

In the event you would like to cancel a session, or change your mind on products, BEFORE THEY ARE CREATED, then we will issue a refund. Please allow 14 business days for the payment to be returned to your account.

 No refund will be issued on abandoned products.

No! Payment needs to be rendered before services are given. This includes Readings, Spell Work, and products. When requesting immediate Spell Work, render payment just as urgently.

Most of our items are handmade, so please allow 14 days for it to get to you, and international orders may take a bit longer. We use USPS Priority mail, so we cannot control delays and shutdowns. We do however, provide you with a tracking number for your products if you have provided a working email address.

Our In Store Pickup option allows our products to be available to you up to 7 days. If your products are available before that, you will be provided an email notification.

Godaddy's system glitches often, the best solution is to send us a message, setup your appointment on a different day, just to become active in our system, and we will do our best to call you on your desired day.

We are currently accepting candles to be burned at our location at this time, please refer to our Moon Services to observe the business location fee.

Why a fee? Because I will be putting my time and energy on your work AFTER I have created it, I now have to cater to it to the end. This is what I do with my own work, and the fee compensates me for my time and energy. My time is well worth the fee.

We have switched to beeswax candles, you most likely received a candle that was part of our older collection before the switch.

Please leave us a message. It is extremely difficult to know how to help you if you do not leave us a message. In order to cut down on spam, we need to know calls are clients and not operators.

You have the option to email us, and we will return your call and email. We are dedicated to serving you as best we can, if we can. We assume the number you may be calling from can text, so we may text instead of calling back!

Anyone is allowed to Cash-App for donations only.  These donations include Live Readings and our supported Causes. Zelle is not linked to our establishment as of yet, and we do not accept these electronic funds for our services. Our company website is efficiently equipped to accept all major credit cards. For all in person sales, credit cards, checks, money orders and cash donations, are to be payable to Karma's Eyes Psychic, LLC only, the funds are not to be written to any individual representing the company, but the company itself.

Live events that require payment to gain access will need to be collected prior to the event. If the event is sold out, please wait for the next event, or contact us via email to be put on a waiting list. As for Birthday Parties, payment and schedule must go hand in hand. If you are unsure for a specific date, please email us to make other arrangements. Birthdays are held during the weekends mostly and have to be scheduled sometimes during the week until we perfect the online system.

We do our best to stay up to date with photos of our products and services. In some cases we may run out or have a better substitute that has not been updated at the time. We promise we will always provide a substitute as close to the original product as possible.

We have an eclectic variety of spiritual goods. Products can be used for real and serious ritual work, commercial Halloween ascetic, or simple decoration or addition to a party. We provide a variety of traditional tools and symbols, and they are available to be used as they resonate with you.

 Most of the spiritual workings are from old Hoodoo and Voodoo arts, however I am very eclectic with my methods and cater to all of spiritually moral traditions.  No live animals are involved in any of my spiritual work, because I have the utmost respect for all life on this planet. However, packaged and processed foods may be used.

Remember, your personal rituals are meant to be private, because they are a sacred part of your daily life. Though magic is a common tool to achieve goals or overcome obstacles, it is not widely circulated in mainstream society. Though more and more people are openly spiritual, society still demonstrates many things to lose when practiced openly. 

No! There are no rip offs here! We buy wholesale from the same places as eBay, Amazon, Temu, Five Below etc. Our products are bought for resale as anywhere else! Our products are sold individually instead of in packs. We understand that customers do not always want EVERY option and would like just a single product.

Also, you do not need to wait long for your products, most of these products come from overseas, and we hae it already available in the US.

I have a strong connection to the Arts and Theatre, and often become spiritually connected to their intended creation. The characters mentioned, hold a strong spiritual power when I create products in their name. Most are very popular stories, and fables that have bettered ourselves, to connect better to ourselves!

All of our appointments have to be paid for and confirmed before meeting. We value your time, and a scheduled reading is best so there are no misunderstandings! Readings are not paid in cash, because we are staying safe with COVID-19 guidelines and wearing masks, if applicable, in person.  Also our office space is not open until evening hours, as per the calendar. Our leased space is a private building and does not welcome unscheduled guests. Any and all solicitors will be removed from the premises by authorities.

We do not answer questions on the spot, you must book a reading. It is a service we provide for a fee. Our TikTok and Facebook Live Readings are free. Also, we value your time, and the time of clients that book with us; so we would never want to infringe on another client's time, who has taking the liberty and respect to book the service the correct way. Oftentimes, when you call randomly, especially before evening hours, I most likely will not have my spiritual tools available to give an accurate answer.

It is possible to get a question or two in, but about products and services only, not a psychic reading. I also work a 9-5 job outside of the business, that's why I accept emails to inquire. Feel free to email, but I doubt you have the direct line to Jeff Bezos.

We sincerely apologize when this happens. This occurs when there has been an emergency and we have not updated the calendar. You have the option of a refund if our earliest convenience is not fitting for you. Also, we will always disclose as to why we need to reschedule. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

We sell many rare things, and some things, you can ONLY get from us. Things such as the Haunted dolls we sell, which are one of their kind! We offer products in many languages including braille! With us, you can purchase many rare items together.

We generally offer spiritual solutions that are more ritualistic, however, we have and offer alternative solutions such as reiki, meditation, sound healing, prayer suggestions, self help counseling, and etc. We aim for our clients to be well without any pressure to buy products or suggest services that do not resonate with the individual client.

In short, Yes! Although, we are not allowed to disclose who and when, but Yes, we have been in close contact with very prominent celebrities!

We will accept charges from a correctional facility as long as the charges are covered by the caller/3rd party. Also, that the person calling understands how much time they have on the phone and the length of the paid session.

You will know when you are ready, but if you are still skeptical, we can guide you with our resources here or on our other platforms. We have products that can ease you into spell work, and take small steps at a time.

We like the idea that we can make our oils wearable as a perfume, as many conjure oils are. Scent is the strongest reference tied to memory, and we are intending to make many empowering memories and successfully execute your magical work!

But, if you do not like the scent of the oil, you have the option of requesting the oil WITHOUT the scent. Another alternative is to just use the scented oil in your magic spells and not necessarily wear it if you prefer.

Our products are stored in a climate controlled warehouse. Items are stored separately and are made to order. All of our containers, waxes, boxes, liquids and books are stored to prevent ware, tear, expiration, dust, and damage!

All items are cleaned and sanitized before they are packaged. Our stones, crystals, and spiritual tools are cleaned weekly to prevent decline in value.

Our products are ordered and paid in advanced, in rare situations the company selling to us makes a mistake and is no longer in stock, and we have no control of getting faster, or at all. We are refunded, but we do not like to disappoint our customers, especially because we sell popular and rare things for less than competitors.

Most candles without descriptions are not specifically used for this or that, it is up to your imagination, creativity and how it resonates with you and your ritual. These candles will speak to you in your own way, putting a description on them would often block your intuitive intentions. Use as you wish!

We incorporate the original intent for Tarot, from the 1300s, and gather Astrological and Numerical Sciences. Tarot and Divination apply to each Zodiac, and Life Path Number slightly differently, as to making your reading genuinely unique!

We incorporate playing cards because that is what was used before the invention of Tarot. In my book, Dual Divination, it teaches you to use Playing Cards for divination as it was originally done in the past; still holds true today! Playing cards may be more your speed or aesthetic, so we want to provide the best of both worlds!

With the advancing of technology, Tarot Decks come with an online guidebook. Most often, there is a special QR Code on the box linking it to the creators' page.
