Honor those who came before us!

It is very important to include your ancestors in your daily life. We are taught to honor our elders, but ironically, its only when they are alive. In order to keep our promises of honor and respect, many cultures honor them in death. Our lives are so much more enhanced when we call on our ancestors and late loved ones to assist us.
